How can i make myself up at 3AM ??'m sleeping at 10PM but i cant be up at 3 or 4:(, i put on 7 alarms but i keep clicking the snooze button till 5:30..any solutions for my sleep addiction:)thx
your body needs at this age about 7-9 hrs of sleep every day ,so if you sleep at 10 pm then you have to wake up at 5-7 am morning so it is normal for you to feel so sleepy if you wake up at 3 or 4 am(means sleeping 5-6 hrs ) because your body does not take the adequate number of hours to rest and on the other hand you are waking up at 5:30 (means sleeping 7 and half hrs) when your body takes its need of sleep

What you have described in your question is not sleep addiction, but in the contrary it is getting sleep time less than you need. Usually adults need 7-8 hrs. Sleeping time, so, either you will have to go to sleep at 8p.m or you will have to get a nap for 2 hrs. during the daytime.
