How can i get rid of my strong lower back pain if i have fever & i'm taking profenid & panadol (as my doc prescribed me) without additional meds?? It's the second day i have fever.
You are already on powerful analgesics (pain medications); this low back pain, in association with fever, may suggest pyelonephritis (a urine infection that went up and is affecting the kidneys) which will require furhter evaluation and treatemtn especially if you have had similar episodes in the past in association with urinary symptoms (dribbling, burning, pain upon urination) and flank pain., Unless you mean to say that you are having flu symptoms in association with low back pain, in which case you will need to lie on your back and rest as much as possible, because the inflammatory process that accompanies flu may affect different joints in the body and induce significant pain.
