I understand your concern but I must reassure you that your baby will always have a special mother-child bond which cannot be replaced by anyone else. Your baby recognizes your smell, your voice and touch . What’s important is the quality of the time you spend together and not the quantity of time.
Spend time each morning with your baby before you go to work, and take time each evening to focus exclusively on him ( like bath time and bed time). If you are still breast-feeding (even if you pump milk to use during the day), try to breast feed in the morning and at night after you come from work. This can help with the bonding too.

Bonding happens through breastfeeding, touching (skin-to-skin contact), smelling (he'll start to recognize your smell), interacting (talking to him, smiling to him, rocking him, and eye contact. Obviously you need time to do all those- so my best advice is to try to spend as much time with your baby as you can when you get back from work; and maybe in the early morning as you prepare to go to work you could sing to him, put him on your lap as you're getting ready on the mirror.
