Hi . I ve been having a headache for a while( about three month) its mostly on one side and i feel stiff neck. Panadol helps but it always come back, sometimes if i drink water i feel better ........
The differential of headache is huge really and may have a wide range of possible etiologies. The description you have provided is a common manifestation in a number of types of headache and is certainly not sufficient to rule in or out particular causes. Suffering from headache for 3 months in a row requires that you seek medical attention in a doctor's clinic for a more detailed and thorough evaluation, which should take into account the precipitating factors, associated symptoms, medical history, family history etc.., in addition to a properly conducted physical exam, including an exam of the nervous system (neurologic exam).
