Hello Drs,i want to ask about somthing:before ejaculating there is like white foam coming sometimes..i did all the blood tests and did the urine test and everything is normal. can you plz advise
if every thing is ok and your tests are all normal and there is no other symptoms other than that without any tingling ,burning sensation ,frequent urination and all other related symptoms and if this liquid comes only during sexual arousal then this might be the pre-ejaculate fluid or the precum which is a clear, colorless, viscous fluid occur before ejaculation ,it contains sometimes sperms(sperm without the semen gives white foamy presence, It is similar in composition to semen, but has some significant chemical differences, It is primarily produced by the bulbourethral glands (Cowper's glands), with the glands of Littre (the mucus-secreting urethral glands) also contributing
so if no other symptom ,normal tests then this is normal and can happen with some men normally if it is bothersome or becomes a thick white discharge then you must check for an inflammation in the gland and check if there is a problem in prostate gland
