trace hemoglobin in a urine analysis is not really significant in absence of red blood cells in urine and in absence of urinary symptoms like frequency, intermittency and burning upon urination. if you are a female and the sample was taken close to menstrual period this might be a cause, if you are a smoker you need to follow up this and repeat the test in awhile
