It's near impossible for a previously healthy (non drowsy) person with normal reflexes not to cough and choke when aspiration occurs. Your airways will react vigorously to particulate matter past the vocal cords to expel them and protect your lungs. A negative history plus a normal physical exam rules out that possibility.
