you need to work on several things. The medication won't help alone. You need to check for the cause of the symptoms. If it is anxiety or depression talking to a psychologist will be helpful. If it is one thing that is worrying you, you have to try to resolve it in order for the symptoms to disappear. Also I highly advice that you do some sports because it externalise the negative energy. You need to break the cycle. Also taking some vitamins can help a lot and will let you gain some energy. I wish I could help you more...
