I have difficulties losing weight. I work on the computer all day and I don't have the energy to go to the gym.

First of all, to lose weight, either you decrease your intake or you increase your activity, or both! No need to join a gym and spend long hours; choose something you like: dancing salsa? walking the dog? etc., and small changes in your routine: going up the stairs, walking to the supermarket instead of taking the car. If all that is not helping, make sure you don't have a thyroid problem. Your family physician can request some tests if he suspects it.
