6y child with chickenpox,some drs said about acyclovir efficacy to shorten and reduce severity and prescribe it, other don't prescribe it saying not necesssary?what is best ?
Varicella is a self limiting disease.unless ur son is immunocompromised like taking chemo or having immunedeficiency in which these cases need axyclovir.otherwise medicine has.no role.just vaccinate.
