23 yr old female im almost 167cm and ive had minor weight issues i vary betwrrn 60-78 i always diet and as soon ad i stop and eat regularly i gain weight quickly 8 kilos 1in 1.5 months i dont exercise

Your body mass index is between (21.5-28) meaning that when you are 60 kilos you are in normal weight while when you are 78 kilos you are considered overweight
consider exercising beside dieting .
look for logic >>your weight depends on your caloric intake
consume less calories>>lower weight
more calories >>increase in weight
weight and calories go proportionally with each other especially if no burning on the other side for the calories taken through exercises
SO ,try to go on diet along with exercise ,don't follow a strict hard diet becausewhen you stop it you will gain weight again rapidly ,lose weight gradually following a healthy balanced diet that can continue with you following all the time ,increase your metabolism by deviding the meals making them small frequent meals
drink lots of water to prevent dehydration .EXCERCISE as a daily routine or at least 4 days a week
