it is not the bone that cracks. its the joint that emits a popping sound. all joints can "crack". its due to the collapse of the synovial sac in the joint which is not dangerous and its not due to any deficiency, not vit D nor calcium. so you dont need to worry. and it does not have any risk on developing arthritis later on.
