I need to know one more thing. What about hair removal cream such as Nair or something else in this area? Do they have any secondary effects?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
The skin over the shaft of the penis is rather than and very sensitive, therefore application of hair removal creams is not advisable as these may be too harsh on such sensitive skin area. If you only have sparse hair, just leave them. If they really bother you, you can remove them using tweezers; if this is not feasible, you can gently shave them off, although this does not go without the risk of cuts.

no it is not advisable to apply nair products on such sensitive area ,it can cause skin irritation ,allergic reaction ,or chemical burns .
nair hair should be avoided on sensitive areas of the body such as the face, armpits or genitals.
