This sounds like a common cold. For the time being, monitor his temperature and give him Panadol (dose according to weight) every 6 hours if the temperature exceeds 38.5°C. You should also get nasal saline drops and cleanse his nose by placing 2 drops in each nostril then suction with a bulb. If he develops more severe symptoms like rapid breathing with chest retractions, or if he refuses to feed or his urine output decreases, or you notice that he's sleeping more than usual or seems lethargic, he should be taken to the ER immediately. Otherwise keep an eye on his temperature: if it does not abate orppersists for more than 48 hours, take an appointment with his pediatrician to have him examined and run some tests.

The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.

It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
