Mild pain at the tip of penis for 2 weeks, when urinating dissipates quickly after that. No visible signs of irritations or inflammations. Any hints?

Dysuria (painful urination) is usually a referred pain (means that the problem is not at the tip of the penis, it is usually in the bladder. But we feel the "bladder pain" at the tip of the penis).
Many pathologies cause dysuria, such as infections (acute, chronic, STD) , bladder stone, ureteral stone, obstruction of the urine flow ... Tests are needed to differentiate between those.
But frequently, low fluid intake can cause dysuria. This will be releived by simply drinking more water.
