Is it true that marijuana is a better substitute for nerve pills, treats nausea and eating disorders for cancer patients?

Dr. Fadi Abbas Oncology & Hematology
it can help, but it is not in any medical guideline , and there is no publications in peer reviews journals. there are many medications that work for nausea (ondansetron) , but anxiolytics and neuroleptics (benzodiazepines, haldol, etc) can work also. for eating disorder, it depends wether it is related to the tumor by itself, some fungal infection of the tongue , or the esophagus .. it depends, on what type of tumor .. supplements like Ensure, or other hypercaloric supplements (bottles) can help also
