Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
Noroxin is norfloxacin, a potent antibiotic indicated for cases of documented bacterial urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted infection with neisseria gonorrhea. So unless you've done cultures of your urine and vaginal secretions and they grew bacteria, you are not in need of Noroxin. Daktacort is a topical antifungal (treats fungal infection, like vaginal candidiasis as previously discussed). This combination you're using is strange because it's unlikely that you have both a bacterial and a fungal infection at the same time. I recommend that you consult your gynecologist on the matter for the correct diagnosis and a better choice of treatment.
