Im already on a diet and strength training 4 days/week and I reaches my ideal weight but why do I still have belly fat when all others parts on my body are slim ? Is something wrong in me or what?

There is definitely nothing wrong with you. Do not stress yourself about it. Abdominal fat elimination is not easy and requires time and perseverance.
