It depends why Seroquel was prescribed for. If it is for depression, mania or psychosis, it should be used regularly. If it was prescribed for sleep, then yes it could be used occasionally. In either case, you can use lorazepam with it. It is best to follow your doctor's recommendation. Good luck!
