I suddenly lost hair at one spot in my head I was worried that it will expend. My dermato said its bcz of my teeth so he asked to pull off some teeth. My dentist said it makes no sense. Please advise

it is not really no sense, loosing hair in one spot may be related to teeth, these are rare cases but well documented in literature, but most of these, already rare cases are hair loss within the face area not the head and are related to the growing of the lower withdom teeth.
If no other cause have been found i suggest that you treat and dental infection in your mouth and remove any tooth that should be removed due to infection, infection may have impact far from the mouth so the dental treatment is necessary in all cases.
 i am not with the idea of pulling healthy teeth to treat the hair loss, these have never been documented as cause of hair loss.
