The past months I'm having difficulty in breathing from my noses. Plus whenever I'm in closed place with less air, I feel irritated & tired. Please advise me.
Nasal obstruction can be caused by one or more factors, including:
1-Anatomic: nasal septal deviation (the nasal septum is the bone that divides the nose ; deviation is very common in the normal population, but may cause or worsen symptoms of blockage). Another possibility is that of large turbinate hypertrophy (the turbinate is a bone in the nose that is situated along the side wall of the nose and is covered by mucous membrane).
2- Allergic rhinitis: a background of allergy makes you prone to develop nasal blockage, as a reaction to dryness (from the AC), dust, or other allergens (like dust mite, animal dander etc)
3- Failed rhinoplasty: if you have had rhinoplasty, one possible explanation is that of collapse of the cartilage of the nostrils, a known complication of this surgery
4- Rhinitis medicamentosa: if you abuse nasal decongestants (such as Otrivin or Triofan), you get a rebound nasal obstruction that cannot be relieved except with the use of these sprays - a vicious cycle
You can start by using nasal saline (Physiomer, Nasocleanse etc) to keep your nose clean and moist. Avoiding the AC as much as possible and testing for possible allergic triggers (in order to avoid those) are also advised. If you do abuse nasal decongestants, you need to gradually minimize their use. Further treatment should be decided based upon your specific case, which requires proper medical evaluation by an ENT specialist.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
