I only drink 3in1 nescafe and I doubt it has actual milk. I eat yellow cheese but rarely. That's about it when it comes to dairy products. Could this make my bones fragike and easy to get broken?

No Nescafé 3 in 1 is not based on milk. Remember that you can still get enough calcium from non-dairy foods (follow this link to know more about non dairy sources of calcium in the diet: http://www.health.com/health/m/gallery/0,,20845429,00.html). And in order to ensure a healthy intake of vitamin D, make sure you consume fatty fish and egg yolks, in addition to adequate sun exposure. I do recommend that you do a vitamin D blood level since the majority of the Lebanese population suffer from vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency: if the level is indeed low (we like it to be at least 40), then you should consider taking vitamin D supplements.
