I don't eat white cheese or yogurt or labneh. Should I take vitamins?
Jan 30, 2015

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
It's preferable that you obtain calcium and vitamin D, which are found in significant amounts in milk and dairy products, through your diet. Do you not drink milk? How about fruit yogurts? Other kinds of cheese like spread cheese or yellow cheese? These are excellent sources of calcium and vitamin D. Butter as well. And remember to get adequate sun exposure.
