I'm 22 yrs old.It’s been for about few yrs where I vomit evrthng I eat & especially those that contain acids.I did all the needed tests but NEGATIVE!What could be the problem?How could this be treated
The tests should include a gastroscopy to make sure you don't have a hiatus hernia or considerable acid reflux. if the gastroscopy is normal, the reason for your vomiting could be psychogenic and may be helped by certain medications.
if you are not losing weight and all the tests, including a gastroscopy, are negative; then what you are having is most probably an irritable stomach related to stress. we usually advise stress management techniques with relaxation, yoga and occasionally give medications to help you deal with stress
