Depending on the skin color, the more the person has a darker phototype the more she is predisposed genetically (due to ethnicity) to have a darker color in underarms and inguinal areas due to friction. A mild depigmenting cream (deprived from vitamin A) can be used but it won't be miraculous in the cases of ethnic hyperpigmentation.
