Hello, I feel that I always have sensitive ears. Noises (even not loud) can bother me easily. I got an audiogram and it didn't show that I have any listening problems or any problem with my ears. Why?

Dr. Jihad Achkar Otolaryngology (ENT)
Increased sensitivity to everyday sounds and difficulty tolerating sounds that do not seem loud to others is known as "Hyperacusis". This is one of those entities that don't have a particular cause, most of the time, or a specific treatment (somewhat like tinnitus). Head trauma, history of severe ear infections, and depression are among the things that are implicated in this entity. You will find alot of data online, as well as support groups, I recommend you read about it, it might help.
