I have a tight foreskin Ive rarely been able to retract it when flaccid & never did when erect I once did it & it was very painful also I loose the erection cuz of the pain, do I have ED, or phimosis?
This condition is called phimosis (= tight foreskin that cannot be retracted, or that can be retracted with difficulty).
Phimosis might be caused by medical conditions that can be treated by medication.
Otherwise, if this is not the case, or if it is unresponsive to medical therapy, circumcision might be needed.
