I have a throat infection, a fever, slight coughing, fatigue and dizziness. I'm in exam period and I don't have the time to see a doctor. If it's a bacterial infection, will it go away on its own?

Dr. Paul Yazbek Otolaryngology (ENT)
Your best bet is to see a doctor.
Meanwhile, use antipyretics for fever, throat gargle with antiseptic medicines or warm salt water & nasal washes with salt water sprays many times a day!
Yes, bacterial infections might sometimes be cured by local care without antibiotics.
Goodluck in your exams!!
