His temperature since morning 38 and i didnt give him any medicine so it reaches to 38 and decrease by itself !!! But his docotor wants a urine test and crp one more time!!

Yes, a follow-up on the CRP level would give an idea about the status of the infection: if it is dropping, this should indicate an improvement; an elevation usually means worsening, but only within clinical context. But let me reassure you: a low-grade fever (below 38.5 degrees Celsius) that is self-limited (dropping on its own without the aid of anti-pyretics) is a good and reassuring sign; it means the body's immune system is almost finished with clearing out the infection. Doing a urine test would further assert that no hidden infection exists.
