Hi Drs i started to do gym workout so i need what kind of natural drinks i can drink bwfore and after my work out even it's first time to me to start gym so what kind of mechines i must use ???

This question should be addressed to a fitness specialist, especially the "kinds of machines" part - a fitness specialist can devise a plan or training program for you. As doctors, the kind of advice we can offer is related to nutrition: you should maintain a good level of hydration prior to exercise by drinking enough fluid, especially water, and get a load of sugar because you will need need the sugar to provide fuel (energy) for your working muscles during exercise. Exercise should start at a low level of intensity and be increased gradually; make sure you do not overload your body and untrained muscles with heavy weight, as your muscles are still not large enough to sustain large weights which will most likely end up causing tears. After exercising, a protein-rich meal is recommended.
