- it depends if your doctor had to cut muscle in the operation or not, so to work on abdominal muscle or to only limit your calories...

i recommend to consult your gyn for that, as he/she did the operation & knows better your case...

- Yes, it can be normal if you are breastfeeding. We recommend to see your gynecologist though.
