I have a rather large Varicocele, it doesn't hurt or cause me any discomfort, but I heard that It affects fertility and recovery from the surgery is long and painful, is that true?

Dr. Salim Saab, Otolaryngology (Ent) - You need to do an echo doppler for your varicocele, it probably needs surgery to improve fertility.
