- it depends if your doctor had to cut muscle in the operation or not, so to work on abdominal muscle or to only limit your calories...

From 12 days i had ceserean.i feel pain in my belly up the wound is that normal?$ when it will go?mentioning that i stopped bleeding and my wound aint hurting me

- it ca be normal, pain from wound site can last up to 6mth..
i recommend to consult your gyn for that, as he/she did the operation & knows better your case...

My wife had a sever preeclipcia, & delieverd a death baby in 8th M. (Ceserian),she loss a lot of her blood, she took 1 blood unit, 1 iron unit,& till know she are taking iron When she can get pregnant

When I was a new born my hip was not in its place. using a device it has taken its place.so when I will have a baby naturally can cause a perturbation of its place or should it be ceasarean ?

- Since your problem has been solved there is no problem in having a vaginal delivery; your muscles and joints are strong enough!

- No there is no evidence that a Cesarean section delivery will affect the shape of your body. With any abdominal surgery you might have some bloating but this will resolve.
