After reading what is spondylosis, it showed that the pain is widespread in the body.. could this MRI result explain my whole body chronic pain (arms,hands,legs,neck, back, lower back..)??

- when pain is that diffuse , and involving the whole body and multiple joints , a rheumatology W/Up is more warranted , mainly to R/0 fibromyalgia , a diagnosis of elimination

If in MRI report, they wrote the cervical intervertebral disks are moderatly degenerated, they mean i have arthrose?? if not what does it mean? thanks
