I have a tiny lump in my breast tissue, near my sternum. Is there a way of telling if it is a cyst or something more serious without seeing a doctor and/or getting a mammogram?

- Usually, abortion does not have anything to do with breast lump, unless you aborted - delivered- at 7months or beyond, so you can have breast engorgement if you did not take a treatment.
