My BP used to be 15/9 before med. after med (cozar 50mg) it is stable at 12/8. my heart is excellent, few months ago i did the Echo. I do sports regularly. should i take aspirin daily? no side effects

I did some tests after my misscarriage (1st miscarriage) and it showed high levels of antithrombine3, the doc said to take low dose aspirin and when i get pregnant i have to start clexane injections
