Why my ears when someone is talking to me starts buzzing and ringing.actually loud sounds drive me to be angry and i tell them to lower their voices..what's wrong with me??thx
Could be nothing , just that you have low tolerance for loud sounds , and could be the begining of hearing loss where one of the signs is low tolerance for loud sounds .You need to undergo hearing exam : ADG and TYMPANOGRAM.
It could be a neurosensorial hearing loss which gives tinnutis; a test for hearing loss should be done for both ears.
The ringing usually comes with acoustic pnerinoma.
A Hearing test and an MRI of your brain should be done.
