Whenever i stay without my eyeglasses,i feel dizzy and a bit pain in my head and eyes,and i dont really have a lot of degrees(around 2.5-2.75).i dnt like to be in glasses 24/7 and i dont like lenses
Poor eye accommodation that is not consistently corrected with the proper eyeglasses or contact lenses can precipitate headache and dizziness - but this cannot be determined conclusively without physical assessment by a physician (there are a few maneuvers that we do to evaluate a patient presenting with dizziness). In any case, your vision may deteriorate if you keep neglecting the use of your eyeglasses. You need to discuss your concerns and discomfort with your ophthalmologist.
