What is the best food to have when one suffers Fibromyalgia? And the ones to avoid?
Mar 5, 2013

Dr. Jean Esso Anesthesiology
There is no need to avoid any foods in case of fibromyalgia. However, studies have shown that mostly-raw vegetarian diet is associated with some improvement. It may include raw vegetables, fruits, seeds, plant oils, herbs, and fresh juices.
In addition, I would strongly advice you to be involved in low-to-moderate intensity exercises (brisk walking, gardening, dancing) in order to reduce pain and increase positive mood.
