Struggling with self-confidence issues is a very common thing nowaday due to the varied aspects of social media, and social standards that are impacting us these days. especially for young people who want to fit in and be part of groups and clicks.
what i have to say to you is that no matter what you are enough, and you are strong, and you are beautiful.
and sometimes that may be hard for you to notice and it's a very brave thing for you to ask for help.
obviously i want to say alcohol is not the answer, neither is any form of addiction... and since you are aware that you are using alcohol as a way to control your issues, then you made the first in realizing that you need to stop... so start doing that.
on the other hand, you can get help in very different places then only a therapist.
i recommend self-help books, and self-help blogs. reading about people struggling through the same things thay ou are struggling through helps you understand that you are not alone. and you can also learn from their trials and success stories ( check out this article in the Time: http://time.com/3478972/self-help-books-permanently-changed-my-life/)
also there are a couple of youth centers in lebanon that will provide a safe space for talking and feeling like yourself with no judgment or needing to pay abundant amounts of cash. you can find a long list of organizations in this listing and find one that relates to your needs: http://www.lebweb.com/dir/lebanon-social-organizations
