Well doctor she isnt constipated no reflux either and the weather right now is cold she isnt hot and im playing with her and feeding her but she isnt sleeping thats it
Feb 13, 2015
- trying to keep her active during the day (keep the lights on, allow moderate exposure to sunlight when possible which is important in regulating the circadian rhythm, play with her),
- avoiding late afternoon naps,
- establishing a bedtime ritual: a warm bath, a lullaby, reading a story (though she's too young to understand the words but this is very soothing)
-keeping the lights dim, the room warm (not too warm though), and calm and quiet where she sleeps
I need to add that if anyone smokes at home, this must be stopped as it is unhealthy for the baby and her inability to sleep may be attributed to this.
