I am not seeing anything wrong on the EKG. There is small section that is not shown on the right, but what's visible looks normal.
For fast heart beats, we sometimes order some lab tests, sometimes we put a 24hours EKG (Holter) machine at home, and ask patients to lower their intake of caffeine/smoking.
If you're still bothered by these feelings, it won't be a bad idea to run some tests.
