Thanks for your response but, as I said, it's the instant the light touches me and it can even be a cold, sunny day. Also, I drink about 4 liters of water daily - it's not dehydration.

Then this is a form of migraine headache and the trigger is bright light in this scenario. Migraine headache is known to be associated with dizziness, nausea +/- vomiting, Photophobia (extreme sensitivity to and irritation from light), and phonophobia (irritation from loud sounds or noises). Since avoiding the sun cannot be achieved 100%,you need to be on maintenance treatment to avoid those attacks or make them less severe. You are therefore advised to consult a specialist (neurologist).
