I live in Qatar now, I went to a pharmacy, they gave me 2 cremes that I should apply twice daily: Alfacort (for 1 week only) and Avene Cicalfate. What do you think?

Alfacort's main active ingredient is hydrocortisone, a low potency topical steroid that will quickly but gently treat the inflammation and swelling, and reduce itchiness. Avene cicalfate will keep the area well moisturized as skin dryness drives more itchiness.
