Afterwards is still not available in the Lebanese market. I believe its price isn't much different from injectable insulin
As for Novomix, it IS rapid acting insulin. And remember: you will be maintained on a mixed regimen of short acting and long acting insulin, +/- intermediate acting insulin. Initially, it'll take some time before the insulin doses needed to maintain a rather stable blood sugar level are reached.
