Yes Minoxidil is available in the form of drops for eyelash local application. But again see a good dermatologist because your case is not a simple one. To get the best treatment plan, you need to be assessed by a specialist.
As for the colchicine, I don't believe it should be the first line of treatment for your condition. I suggest that you discuss other treatment options with your endocrinologist on Monday.
