So surely not heart related? The Coro scan is enough to confirm no heart problems? It may be related to my costochondritis case also. thank you

Unless you have risk factors for heart disease at a young age (such as diabetes or lipid disease), or a strong family history of heart disease, then you don't need to undergo further testing for possible coronary artery disease. Costochondritis may indeed produce symptoms such as the ones you're describing, and so can problems in the esophagus. A more detailed evaluation is necessary to pinpoint the exact underlying cause of your symptoms.
