SGOT is 65, SGPT is 172 and GAMMA GT is 91 considering that I don't drink alcohol nor take any kind of drugs. I'm 193cm tall & weigh 95 kg never had quick loss or gain of weight, no one could help.

Non Alcoholic Steato-Hepatitis (NASH) or Non alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) are common but silent disease of the liver which might progress to cirrhosis.
elevated liver enzyme are found on routine blood test with absence alcohol abuse or medications.
the next step is to do an ultrasound of the liver to check if any fatty infiltates are seen, followed by liver biopsy to differentiate between NASH and NAFLD
the treatment usually is diet exercise and weight loss, avoid any unnecessary medications and avoid alcohol.
