It could be dehydration (hot humid weather +/- inadequate fluid replenishment), or due to blood pooling in the leg veins (not enough blood is returned to the heart. As a result, not enough blood reaches the brain so you feel dizzy). This is known as orthistatic (ortho for standing up) hypotension (drop in blood pressure). There's also a similar entity known as vasovagal hypotension, during which the vagal nerve, which belongs to the autonomic nervous system (the branch of the nervous system that controls heart beat, breathing, digestion, and blood vessels),and fails to increase the blood ppressure in situations that require a higher blood pressure to meet body needs. Both are benign conditions.
The best thing to do is to drink plenty of fluids (not especially justwater but also ssports drinks which contain electrolytes- namely Sodium and potassium ; these are vital in maintaining normal blood pressure) when perspiration is excessive , avoid prolonged sun exposure, avoid standing for prolonged periods of time, avoid closed hot and humid places (like sauna), and rise slowly from a flat/sitting position.
