Exercise is a great thing for anyone trying to get pregnant. It improves blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, and makes you feel good. The problems arise when you take it to the extreme. You’re subjecting your muscles and joints to constant pounding, and the body starts to break down.” All the energy your body would have dedicated to getting pregnant gets redirected to healing injuries.

In fact, about six percent of infertility cases are due to being underweight,it could be a cause especially in unknown miscarriage causes .

since your doctor can't determine your cause of miscarriage and it happened two times ,then the logic answer will be that your body may be sensitive to any effort or stress that comes on it and put it under intense ,that the way the doctor starts thinking of
In unknown causes and frequent miscarriage in an underweight women ,it is possible that minimal exertion or exercising can affect her ability to conceive and be pregnant .

well do you have any thyroid problem have the doctor check your thyroid gland and have you undergone tests for that TSH ?if your thyroid is acting too much >hyperthyroidism you may be underweight and at the same time you eat but don't gaining weight beside risk of miscarriage and difficulty to conceive and low ovulation .
however ,
since this is your case ,i advise on the following :
increase your caloric intake ,plan your diet, and take in more calories than you burn. if you have an underlying condition such as a thyroid problem affecting your menstrual cycle you must treat it
simple activities are ok like the usual lifestyle activities
moderate exercise may be burning your body calories and lowering your ovulation chance ,so it may be risky ,what you will choose if you think that even a low chance your exercise may make bad effects ?you will stop or not -i advise to practice mild ones only
If you do just need to gain some weight, do it gradually through eating well and having healthy snacks. Keep a food diary to help you to identify where you can add the extra calories.
If your body fat is too low, it disrupts the flow of hormones from your brain to your pituitary gland. This means that the signal from the pituitary gland to tell your ovaries to release an egg doesn't happen. So even if you have plenty of healthy eggs, they'll stay put in your ovaries.
If you exercise excessively, you may not ovulate each month, or have regular periods.
There are other very good reasons for bringing your weight up to the healthy range before trying to get pregnant. If you start your pregnancy at a low weight you have an increased risk of having a low-birth-weight or small-for-dates baby. There is evidence that low-birth-weight babies have a higher risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes as adults.
A Baby deserve some sacrifice ,yes ,it might be difficult to you but remember it will be a period of time and everything changes afterwards
remain on your vitamins ,increase calories ,drink more water ,fiber in moderation,
it is advised in frequent miscarriage to take low aspirin dose like the one the doctor prescribed for you the aspricot but i would rather advise for baby aspirin instead .
